With over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have watched people try to lose weight in all of the wrong ways! I have a degree in Kinesiology and I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning specialist. While staying home with my babies, I wanted to further my education in nutrition so I went back to school for Holistic Nutrition. I attended the Canada School of Natural Nutrition. I wanted to learn more about how WHAT we eat impacts our internal health.
This was an "AH-HA" year for me. I was taught a lot about how the foods we eat impact women's hormones and how it makes them feel. I learned common causes to female bloating and how hormones influence a women's ability to lose weight. I also had learned that it was not just about avoiding certain foods but more about embracing the right ones. This realization ignited a passion within me.
I want to help you focus on the foods you should be eating rather than dwelling on restrictions. I want to teach women about healthy weight loss. I am on a mission to educate, inspire, and empower women to make positive, sustainable changes to their eating habits and lifestyles.
As a proud mom, I understands the unique challenges faced by women in balancing family life, work, and self-care. Through my own journey, I have become a source of guidance and inspiration for countless women seeking to improve their health and transform their lives.
While many women want weight loss programs, I also want to I want to teach women about all of the foods we SHOULD be eating rather than focusing on what you should not be eating. My goal is to help you feel great and not deprived while improving your healthy eating habits.
This experience has honed my ability to adapt training programs to fit various lifestyles, goals, and age groups, ensuring that each client receives personalized and effective support. I’m dedicated to continually expanding my knowledge and skills to provide you with the best possible support on your fitness journey.
