During this 6 week program, we will focus on nourishing your body with the right foods to boost your hormone health. Whether you're aiming to lose stubborn weight gain, boost your energy levels, improve PMS or simply feel better, this program will guide you every step of the way. You will spend 6 weeks adjusting your eating habits to balance your hormones. Every 2 weeks, we will add more healthy habits into your routine. You will learn proper nutrition you can maintain the rest of your life.
This 21 day healthy eating challenges is now offered anytime throughout the year. During these 3 weeks you will reset your diet to reduce bloating, lose weight and increase your energy levels. We will eliminate foods a lot of people are sensitive to. Each challenge will provide new and unique habits to learn. Following this program, there is an optional three-week enhancement program aimed at optimizing nutrient intake for your health.
EXTENDED BEAT THE BLOAT
Following the "Beat the Bloat" challenge, there will be an optional 3 week enhancement program aimed at optimizing nutrient intake for women's health. Seeing the desire and determination to continue this positive momentum, I was motivated to add this program that allows women to sustain and build upon the progress achieved during Beat the Bloat. In these 3 weeks, you will learn what foods help give you optimal energy as a woman and what foods help balance your hormones!

You have made many positive changes in your diet but now you need someone to keep you on track. Studies show people eat a more balanced diet when they have someone to keep them accountable. I will check in with you weekly and help you continue to make the necessary changes and set goals to stay on track with your eating plans. (You must complete one of my programs first to be eligible for this plan)
