Our 21-day healthy eating challenge is now available year-round, so you can start anytime that fits your schedule. This program is designed to help you reset your diet and address common issues such as bloating, weight gain, and low energy. Over the course of three weeks, you’ll eliminate foods that many people are sensitive to and adopt new, unique habits to support better health.

After completing the 3 week challenge, you can choose to continue with our optional four-week enhancement program. This follow-up program focuses on optimizing nutrient intake specifically for women's health, providing you with additional tools to further enhance your well-being. I will check in with you weekly and help you continue to make the necessary changes to improve your health. We will set monthly goals & you will continue to have access to my support. (You must complete one of my programs to be eligible for this plan.
